Sessions
For a first visit, I would suggest taking the time to get to know one another. You can opt for a one-off session, particularly if you are used to receiving energy healing. Even so, it is worth considering at least two or three sessions, so that your body has time to integrate the work and your mind has time to experience a new way of approaching your health.

To let yourself be guided in exploring the deeper causes that brought you towards energy work, I would suggest choosing a journey of several sessions, to make the most of your potential for deep healing and go further still...

Sessions
At our first Rencontre (first session), we will take the time to get to know one another and to explore your deeper needs together. Depending on what you are working with at the moment, this session may fully answer your expectations, or it may be followed by one or more further sessions. In that case you can choose either a one-off Retrouvailles (follow-up session) or a Healing journey (with or without massages) at a reduced rate. If you are unsure, do get in touch when you book.

Healing journeys
You may feel the need to go further and explore the deeper causes of your present difficulties — emotional turmoil linked to a painful life event, chronic symptoms, or support alongside a serious illness. You may be looking to take better care of your wellbeing as part of a personal development path. Or you may feel drawn to energy work and want to learn to make better use of your own capacity for subtle perception (visual flashes, physical sensations, messages heard, and so on). In all these cases, I invite you to give yourself a healing journey.

Payment for an in-person journey is made in two halves, at the end of the first session and at the end of the second-to-last one.
Massages
To integrate the energy shifts under way as fully as possible, or simply to reconnect gently with your body, you can choose a massage session drawn from the Chinese tradition (TUI NA AN MO) and/or guided by the vibration your bodies give off. Some massages can be received fully clothed, in keeping with what you need.

Massage journeys
You can also choose a massage journey. Being massaged regularly improves both quality of life and health. A massage journey brings many benefits: easing your pain, helping you sleep better, or giving your immune system a boost, particularly as the seasons turn. That is why a journey allows your body to record the new information in its deepest layers.
